Is it flooding? One problem that comes up alot is the axle pin on your float. If the mount holes are too loose, the pin can slide out and gas won't shut off. If is's loose, squeeze the slit end together slightly. Also check to make sure float isn't scraping against casting. Remove the hose between carb and air cleaner to check it gas is running out.
