Duane, it's possible you have a weight knocking around loose in there. I'm with Fred, I wouldn't run it much or hard until I got in there for a good look around. If things have slipped way out of time, two things come to mind. Your distributor or mag runs off the governor, which in turn runs off the cam and crank gearing. Make sure the drive gear on your governor is securely where it belongs, and that the gearing going back to the dist/mag is in good shape. While you've got the governor out, you might also try and wobble the edge of the cam gear, to make sure it's tight. Let us know how you make out. Scotty
