Interchange Book?

I'm the one who posted a question several days ago asking what motor/bellhousing combination would bolt up to my Schramm backhoe. It has an I4 transmission.
Is there a website or a book I can buy that would have casting and or serial numbers that would identify which components interchange or fit on certain models of tractor?
As I go about the task of trying to find the stuff I need to put my tractor back together, having a handy source to check the numbers will be indispensable.
