1953 farmall Cub

I am looking at a 1953 Farmall Cub. Comes with belly mower, blade, boom, cultivator. It needs another rear rim. Tires are about 50%. Metal is fair/good. Belly mower is poor cond. It was last ran last fall, sat outside in pasture all winter. it is a wide front end and has hydrualic. What is something like this worth?
