If you have a pickup truck, load up the rim and take it to a tire shop and have them do it. It'll take them about 30 minutes or less and you will be spending a whole day or more at it. You can load the A tire into a pickup with out too much pain and you will save the service charge of having the tire truck come to your location as cd suggested.
