Doug my 340/D/ta rowcrop was almost in that bad of shape when i got it 6 years ago. it took me over 3 years to collect the sheet metal to make it complete. I paid little of $5000 for mine but it ran good, you were wise to pass this one up, there is not many of these tractors around but they do come up for sale every so often, in better shape with a better price from time to time.
