Not familiar with the cub touch control unit, but assume it is similar to Super A, C, etc. On the C, there is a pluq with a hex socket for an allen wrench in the hydraulic manifold where the manifold is bolted to the touch control unit. There are 3 of these plugs at that point. The one with pressure is the one nearest the smaller pipe coming from the hydraulic pump. Take out the plug and screw in a hydraulic pressure gage. You can get a gage for about $15 at Northern Tool. When you have the tractor running and are not using the touch control, the gage will read zero. There is only pressure there when you move the touch controls and the rockshaft has some load on it. Don't know what pressure the Cub pump puts out. The C puts out around 1500 psi max. No adjustments on the pressure. You could have a faulty relief valve in the touch control unit, or your pump could need a rebuild.
