John, you did the TA job yourself? Or did you have it done? What it sounds like to me is the three rings on the clutch input, going to the TA has either one of them broken, or for some reason you are getting blockage when the lube dump is pulled. The reason i'am thinking the other is that with a different MCV, you probably do not have the pressure now that you had with the rebuilt MCV. As they put a spring kit in those to build the pressure for the lockup discs, and increase lube pressure. Now in all probability it has less pressure. I presume you have checked the trans brake?
