Once again Walt Nails it! F-20 uses gravity flow because the carb is low. F-12 carbs are only part way level with the fuel tank enough that even if the fuel pump quits, it will still run as long as the tank is all the way full. I have a leaky needle valve in my carb and if I have a full tank and don't shut off the fuel before stopping the engine it will flood it bad and it will run rich.Once the fuel level goes down below the fuel bowl level on the carb, it runs like a charm.
