I agree, 99.999% of the folks here are GREAT. If we could just rid the board of the self righteous, self proclaimed board police that interpret rules in a way other than the probable intended meaning. I have seen some guys ask legitimate questions and be berated by these folks to the point of I doubt they will ever log back on to the page. That is not right. If the "rules" need to be amended to allow more free speech, so be it. The intention of this board as I see it, is a place where questions of any nature should be able to be asked. Yes classifieds should be limited to the classified section but a guy asking where he may find parts...is that a wanted ad? Who should feel that they are empowered to interpret this type of question and scold someone? I have seen some "regular" members of the site and EVERY post they posted was they were trying to sell tools or parts (not red however). Noone scolded them. Then some guy pops in from nowhere feeling he has found a good place for advice and good people to help him and he is treated like a third rate citizen. Come on guys. Can't we do better? Realize, please, this is not pointed at anyone except the ones who act so childish. Let's feel we can ask any question and not be berated. I want ALL Red to be running strong, whatever it takes.

It was an Allis-Chalmers tractor dealership,
