I bought a 2400 about two years ago. I have been using it and have so far baled up about 100 rolls. The only faults I have found with the baler is getting it to start forming a bale. It takes a little practice to get all the particulars worked out. After you get the cor started, and the upper belts rolling it will take the hay with no problem. It will make a 5x6 bale, and I do not have a problem with putting one of my bales up against any NH chain baler. They are not a real popular or fast baler because of the problems getting them to start the bale. I have also experience problems making a good bale in short crops like bermmuda grass. Since I have had mine I have only replaced on bearing and some teeth. If you are not planning aon rolling up a lot of hay, and have patience ant the price is right you will be ok.
