If there's a hydraulic shop near you. These small hydraulic lines they can most likely bend and flare you up a new one. A good hydraulic pipe fitter can do these up in his sleep. There just SAE 37 degree flared tube and fittings. Some are still available from case/IH, But there overpriced. Or like the other post said small hyd. hose will work just as well.
