The aftermarket throttle is mounted under the fuel tank strap on right side and linked to the governor. This kit was supplied with internal governor parts to govern the engine at all speeds set by throttle linkage. Original equipted early 37 governors controlled max rpm only to prevent engine from over-reving. Late 37 models came from factory with controls on left side with full control governor, just as yours now has but with a different linkage. Fuel tank mounts were also changed to flat strap metal in 37 to coincide with left side throttle controls. The lever on left side of cast fuel tank mount is to operate the manifold heat valve in the exhaust/intake manifold when using distilate. (your manifold may be changed to a gas manifold elimating heatriser valve). Shutters is another mid 1937 change, yours probably came equipted with canvas curtain. Just simply raise curtain and insert tabs in rows of holes in front sides of radiator.
