My 450 did the samething and I took out the springs and split the assembly. Then I sanded all the balls and there sockets till they were shiny.I oiled the balls and put it all back together,being careful not to get any excess oil on the disc assembly. After that I adjusted the brake pedal to go down two inches before it made contact instead of the inch and a quarter the book says. Since doing that I have not had any problems.
