Steven in 1969 we spread fertilizer for a man who had two late 806's and they were quite a tractor. Some of the differences were flat top fenders, smaller holes in the grille screen, longer hydraulic levers and as you stated the different tach, along with the 38 inch tires and 8 hole hubs with 10.00-16 tires. Those tractors he had were only a little over a year old and they were awesome. We didn't have the 1256 yet and I was sure impressed by those 806's, never will forget that spring.
