This is a not so much a tractor posting. Found this old photo this week that my dad took during WWII. They had just crossed the Rhine river and moveing through Germany trying to beat the Russians to Berlin. I commented on how it looked like women in the photo. He told me there where only young boys and old men left to farm in Germany, all the men where fighting, caputured or KIA.And he said even if they had a tractor they wouldn't have had any fuel for it. We spend a lot of time fighting over red, green or orange tractors and these folks would have liked to just have a reject I'm sure. The photo didn't scan well and is of poor detail but though some of you might enjoy seeing it.Makes me so thankful for our country and the men that took a stand at great risk to there selfs to keep it that way
