Stevie is telling the truth, you guys are confusing the IH Fast-Hitch with the quick attachable drawbar that was available on the F-series through H and M etc.

It consists of the brackets that go on the axles with bolts that have eye heads so they can swivel and the drawbar itself with slotted holes so you don't have to take the nuts completely off.

Stevie, shoot me an email and I'll go measure my H and F-12 tomorrow if you would like.
