Here is a pic of an all fuel manifold. It is designed to run the exhaust around the intake pipe so that the intake charge is preheated and easier to burn.

The gas manifolds did not have the box above where the carb mounts.

I have 2 1942 dual fuel H's that had the manifolds, and the sediment bowls yet, but no starting tanks or fuel line for starting tank.
