I went to a consignment sale yesterday in Troy Ohio,and saw some crazy things! 1 row New Idea corn picker-good shape,used last year $7.50 2 row New Idea picker-right side pretty well beat in $35 two different IH balers-useable cond $1 apiece YES I said one dollar!!!! John Deere baler- Ok paint,bad clutch $75 John Deere hay rake-3 wheel, repainted(sloppy)$1275**NO SALE New Idea hay rake-rusty but very useable $425 Farmall 400-wide front, fast hitch, power steering,nice paint,with Freeman loader with both buckets $1800**NO SALE Ford 8N-dented ,rusty,ran pretty rough $1850**NO SALE 4ft. X 8ft. manure spreader- all new wood, totally rusted metal,some bent beaters,ground driven $725 These are just a few of the crazy things I saw,seemed like anything you thought would bring a lot of money didn't and vice versa. BTW it was chilly and rained for almost 5 hours during the sale,still had a good crowd though.
