Harold, I asked my Service Manager about this (he worked for IH in the early 60s) & he basiclly said what you are saying in that there was no "kit to fit a 560". He said, like you, you could gets parts elsewhere to fit a 560. In stead of the TD-9, I believe he said he thought the parts came from IH's power unit division. Did IH offer the D-282 in "factory turbo" form as a power unit for irrigation engines or generator-sets? He said that the IH dealers around here offered these parts as an alternative to the M&W units, but that IH never offered it as a "field-installed" kit.
