I'm 67, be 68 in July. As far as farming goes, from what I see helping my farmer friend plant and harvest his corn and soybeans, farming isn't nearly as much fun as it was in my time, that is the '40's and '50's. Sure, the new equipment is easy to run from the cab of the 100+ horsepower tractor and harvesting with a 2366 combine is a lot easier than with a 64 pull type, but it just isn't a whole lot of satisfaction like it was when I was involved in it before. And it's nothing but a da--ed shame how hard it is to make a family farm support a hard working man and wife who want to live that life, could be the end of the USA eventually, sure hope not---but---. Oh Well, just love them old tractors, no matter what color they are.
