There is room for an 18 inch pulley on the PTO and will not interfer with the lift arms. However, you can't use the 3 pt with the pulley on there because it would be in the way of the top link. So every time you wanted to use a 3 pt implement, you would have to remove the pulley and I assume also the belt that drives the mower. I'm curious as to how the 18 inch pulley is mounted, as it looks like the PTO would need an extension to avoid a problem with the belt pulley gear box, or maybe you don't have the belt pulley on yours.
