Jeff, there are a number of possibilities for the oil around the belly pump. It can be the pump or the seals on the shaft that drive the pump, also oil could be coming from the brake drum seals and running down into that area. I have an H that I picked up last year and I have done most all the seals around the rear, brake, PTO, axle..but its the best tractor now and it wasn't that hard or that expensive..good luck and give me a shout if you need more help..lots of H guys out here to help..Mike in Exeter Ontario
