It's about time for another photo from the past. This is my mother Rose, standing between our '65 706 G and '65 656 G. It was a muddy February thaw, 1969, when this photo was taken. This was our main horsepower then, the 1256 was later that year. Mom was 32 in this photo. Buy the way, how about that 4 year old original IH paint on the 706? Don't see any like that anymore. That is a Hinson Cab on the 706 and a gray IH windbreaker on the 656. As I recall Dad was getting itchy feet and cabin fever that day, had the tractors out and was thinking it was time to start getting ready for corn planting!!! I would have been a sophomore in high school at that time.
