I have got good fuel all the eay from the tank to the needle and seat, but I agree that it seems to be a fuel restriction , Like farmer brown said it could very well be in a pasage in the carb, the fact that the carb needs to have the choke on kinda indacates some sort of restriction in the carb, will find out tomrrow
