It is a little bit risky but you can take a welder and weld a bead the entire length of the sleeve, this shrinks the sleeve enough to drive them out, also weld a spot to make a good place to get a punch or chisel to help when driving them out. Had heard of this years ago and finally had to use it to get the sleeves out of my 560D about a month ago it does work and is quicker than a puller. Good luck Brian.
