DEPENDS on whether or not you want to screw the next guy, if you tell him it leaks you won't get what you paid for it. DEPENDS on how much you like the tractor. To fix it should only cost $50 dollars or so the the gaskets and you do the work. I'd strongly suggest a valve job ($300 parts and labor max.) and have the head planed for flatness ($50 or so). If you want to go all the way while your in there, add $800-1000 for; pistons, sleeves, gaskets and misc. Good Luck.
