Ralph, here's a link to a site with some info on the gas start diesels. Shows and interesting cross section of the cylinder. Could be I misspoke about the tires. I though the first number these days was always the tire width at the widest point. Also, next time I see any gas start diesels (besides my own) at a show, I'm going to take a close look at the ignition. I want to see if maybe the 400D or 450D had battery ignition.
