brother need a tractor... Your recomendations

Sickand tired of blowing out brothers 1/2 mile driveway and 4 ft drifts in central minnesota.He has never driven a tractor and I will pressure him to buy one and a rear mounted blower. What makes/ model are your recommendations, taking into account-reliability,ease of controls for a tractor virgin,and starting in winter. I like 656's,(I'm farmall but as we know every color has their beauty's)but dont know if thats over kill-all it would be for is blowing snow. What do ya all think and what do ya think $$ are typical for the package.Love my brother but next time he's snowed in and passed up a tractor I'm gonna leave him sit a few days to teach him a lesson!!Thanks
