Most likely you have at least 1 tooth broken on reverse gear, check it out by taking cover off side of rear frame on left side ahead of brake housing. It has 8 1/2" bolts in it. This is always caused by the park lock pawl engaging when the tractor is still moving. It is a job to replace it, it is the last gear out of the rear frame transmission. If you choose to run it as is really wiil be no problem other than the noise backing up. If you need reverse a lot then use your discretion.
