Side dress fertalizer parts

I have what appears to be some I H fertalizer hoppers for sidedressing with a planter. I would like to put a couple on a two row corn planter that is complete except for the fertalizer hoppers. The only problem I have is the plastic piece that goes on the drive shaft to disperse the fertalizer are all broke. The only numbers I can find are on the bottom. This first one is viewed thru the plastic on the bottom of the unit. It is # 257616 The other number is on the plastic itself...#59151-C1 (Or CI) Any help would be appriciated.
