I pull with a 92 Dodge W250 (3/4 ton 4x4) with the Cummins diesel and overdrive automatic. I'm closeing in on 200K miles with the only repairs to the engine being a thermostat at 100K and a fuel shut off selenoid at abot 130K, I've been thru a bunch of brakes though. I did find that Autozone started carrying Preformance Friction carbon metalic brake pads for my dodge and my brakes last about 4 times as long as they used to and they don't eat up rotors either. This old Dodge really seems to pull better the more you load it down the easier it seems to pull. If I ever buy another truck to pull with it'll be with a Cummins engine! And it won't have an automatic transmission.
