Thanks for all the help,this 'H' was set up to power an irrigation booster pump,with safety switches,etc.So I'm sure that is why the hydraulic pump was disconnected.I checked it and it turns freely.There are several parts tractors in my area,so finding the parts should be no promblem. Thanks again.I RIGHT I.
