You would have to be nuts to try to pull it with a H we have an International 656 that is a little turned up and it will kill that tractor I can pull 2nd gear but you can watch the temp. gauge go straight up. They are good mowers for drying the hay fast. But they take a LOT of horsepower. I would say don't even try it, if it does pull it it is going to beat the tractor. Just my thoughts.
