I think the A's a great little tractors, I have a few buddies that have them. One very comon problem that they have I have not seen mentioned here is some of them will have a tremendous amount of play in the steering. Some of that can be taken out by adjusting the big nut in the steeing gear box. One that my friends owns you can turn the wheel 1/2 around before it moves the wheels. A good steering box for the A is costly and hard to find,but I must add that if the rest of the tractor was straight I wouldn't let that keep me from buying it. All though you may be able to talk the price down a bit it has a lot of slack in the steering.
