Lowering H frontend?

I'm using my '39 H as a mower unit (4 acres or so). I'd like to put some turf tires on it. But as most of you probably know, 12.4-38's (59.5" tall) are not available in a turf tread. So the closest size I could find in a turf tire(with a custom rim and center) is one that is 52.4" tall. That's still a good 7" short. So does anybody have an idea how to lower the front end so the tractor sits level? It's a narrow front, so I'd probably have to convert it to a custom wide front to make it work? It's seems it would almost be easier to run duals on the back with shaved ag tires... we use the tractor as a wide area mower, but only in dry conditions.
