444 won't start

Need some help!!! Have checked all injectors ie; needle valves free, all holes unplugged etc.
Also have fuel to cylinders, not sure if fuel pressure is correct and don't know what it should be.
Also don't know if mechanical pump is providing pressure at the right time.
Am about to check compression but don't know what is correct.
Is there someone out there that can tel me
1. what is the acceptable compression?
2. how do I check fuel pump timing?
3. how and where do I get the parts to check the fuel pump pressure?
