Can't help with the seal question, but the TC head-- if you've got the bolts out, you've got it all. Mine came off really hard, and whatever was used for a gasket sealer was the very devil to get off. If you've got something fairly mild by way of a wedge, thin and with not too much of an angle(like a rigid scraper) that you can use, I expect you'll have better luck prying your way around it than you will bouncing or sliding it. As long as the sytem is drained so there's no chance of a vacuum working on the inside, it should come off, with patience. Good luck! Scotty
