H with vertical distributor-points and cap #'s

I went to napa last fri/15 and ordered points,distributor cap,rotor,they can't seem to get the right ones.I have an 49 H that likely started off with a mag now it has a vertical dist..,the points are one piece,and the dist has low hook ledges!!,would anybody know the part #'s for these items.Thankyou Will.
