The first mounted cornpicker we had was a 24 we bought new in 1951. We mounted it on our '50 H and it wasn't too bad an outfit. 24's were pretty basic, not too much capacity or husking capability, but it was neat to drive into the field and go right to pickin'. We used to fight over who got to haul corn and shovel and who froze on the tractor/picker. Had Super MTA with a 2ME picker later on--a real good rig!
