The blocks are basicly the same. This will give you 169 cubic inches. As for the wheels, I don't know why you would want to go to disc wheels, but M & W made duals for the Farmall 460 and if you can find a set of these M&W dual wheel hubs, they will fit your H's axles. Harold H
