ibapidlin (love the nic!): You're right. The original and official serial number is stamped on the plate found on the right side of the tool box beneath the seat. But where can we find a cross reference if the plate is missing? Is there some other place on the tractor or combination of clues that will help Karl with the geneology of his old iron? Keep on wrenching. RedTed/MO.
