Super M with WF

I am looking at a Super M that has a wide front but(and I only saw it in the dark)...........the front end looks to be mounted entirely in front of the tractor, not centered under the front end like any factory or Schwartz I have seen before. This makes the wheel base longer. Has anyone seen these type of front ends before or is it just mounted that way/optionally? Thanks.
