thanks for the info! the reason the motor has been changed is the same reason we parked it again...somebody pulled it out of the mud from the front and ripped the front end off the motor. needless to say the block is destroyed. (same person both times....not gonna say any names.....dad...) money's tight so it's been sitting at least 10 years. been tempted to drop-in the c153 out of our 230 swather when it finally gets junked. :) i'll go check out the date codes when i'm home from college and the snow is gone. graduating this spring :) i may be crazy, but i'd rather be farming! karl
