yes they will come off by taking off the5/8's inch bolts with the 15/16 nuts. If the rim is behind the casting where the wheel bearings are , then you need to jocky the rim by giving enough clearance so that two of the lugs can be be tipped out . It should be quite simple.
Suggest taking the Rear tires to an ag tire shop to get the calcium cloride out.Possibly they would come out. check in the yellow pages and ask for costs.Be sure and wash the rims after the job is done.
