The blocks are the same in design, but the diameter of the bore in which the sleeve fits into is different... A super H sleeve therefore has a larger outer diameter than a standard H sleeve.. A super H sleeve can be made to fit, but the standard H block must be bored to accept the larger outer diameter of the Super H sleeve
