In my area the 1206 you described is around a $3,500-4,000 tractor.Ones with new paint and a some work done to them are in the $6,000-7,000 range.A ground up restored 1206 in show condition with lots done to it should be worth $10,000 or better.I saw a fair 1206 no sale for $3,000 at an auction a year ago.It ran good but needed a TA,etc.I'm looking at a rough 1206 in my area and the owner wants me to make an offer.Its not stuck but hasnt run in a few years so I may offer $2,000.The fenders on it are a mess and a few minor things are missing.
