Consider it's value for parts. Fast Hitch is probably $300, rims, front end, hydraulic pump, sheet metal, etc. all add up in a hurry. If you buy it with the idea of getting it back running you are on the other side of the equation, what parts are missing? Could be expensive to replace rusted rims, non-working hydraulic pump, sheet metal, etc. I wouldn't buy a torn down one unless I was sure all the major parts were there or wanted it for parts.
