Ron,
**Quick and Simple.**
If you are going with one way (only pressure up, gravity down), hook up to either of the smaller ports in front of the gear shifter. Could be wrong, but thought those just took the standard NPT fittings on 1/2" hyd lines. Will have to go back and take a look at mine again. Take a line back to a Tee, from there to each cylinder at the bottom. And yes, you need a vent for each top port on the cylinders.

**More Usefull**.
If you want down pressure on your hitch, remove the 3/4" pressure line from the inlet to the reservoir and route back to a new open center hyd valve, with the outlet from the valve returning to the reservoir where you disconnected originally. (put the new valve in series between the pump and the reservoir) You can mount the new valve on the side of your seat box, or on the light bar, or whatever. The working ports from the valve would then go to the top and bottom ports on your cylinders (again, each through a Tee). If you buy a 2 or 3 spool valve you can even get hyd remotes while you're at it! Just put quick disconnects on the ports from the other spools.
Good luck, the hitches work well.
Stan(VA).

Today's Featured Article - The Cletrac General GG and the BF Avery A - A Bit of History - by Mike Ballash. This article is a summary of what I have gathered up from various sources on the Gletrac General GG and the B. F. Avery model A tractors. I am quite sure that most of it is accurate. The General GG was made by the Cleveland Tractor Company (Cletrac) of Cleveland, Ohio. Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac. ... [Read Article]
