Read closely what the man said. He stated to remove the old plugs.....lub. the cylinders....turn the engine (he never said to install ANY plugs since he did not want any compression on the cylinders besides you may have to add penetrant again) once the engine rotates and blows the excess oil out of the cylinders he stated to now install new plugs
